It's unfortunate that these lag issues are coming to a head during an event that is already rather time consuming. It is a shame as I used to really enjoy my time spent here. I may need to find something else since I can't play here as I used to. I've asked several of my friends what other games they are interested in. I fear more people will be fleeing the game. This is a horribly erroneous business practice for Ubisoft - Owlient to blame the customer and not repair the problem which is not the customer's issue but the game provider. Well, first, thank you for the dial and finally admitting there have been issues beyond telling us that we need to clear our cache and that this was on the player not the game. I made the (painful) decision to not buy any Christmas packs (that I was quite frankly very excited about) because the lag was so awful I didn't feel it was worth it. Just this week I have seen several players quit because of the lag, this has caused me to consider finding another hobby.

I think I speak for all of us that a free dial is not consolidation for the hours we have been forced to sit here just to complete our daily tasks. Cannot see myself playing here much longer. My computer is very fast and I have fiber optic internet at my office/home, no other websites are effected other then Howrse so I know this is not on my end.
